Exchange and Refund Policy

At www.siyonaa.in, we are committed to delivering high-quality imitation and silver jewellery. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges for items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any products under any circumstances. All sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges for damaged or defective items as per the conditions outlined below.
2. Exchange Eligibility
An item will be eligible for exchange only if:
- It is received in a damaged condition or has a clear manufacturing defect
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
- The customer provides:
- The order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue

3. Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved:
- The customer must courier the item back to our warehouse at the address provided during approval.
- The cost of shipping the item back to us will be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- A replacement will be shipped (subject to availability)
- If the same item is out of stock, we may offer:
- A similar item of equal value, or
- A refund to the original payment method
4. Shipping Cost Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange:
- Shipping the item back to us
- Shipping the exchanged item back to the customer
- We do not provide return labels or reimburse courier charges.
5. Refund Policy (In Case of Unavailability)
If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 working/business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
6. Exclusions
We do not offer exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preferences
- Items damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or improper care Custom-made or personalized jewellery
